  1. Confirm the price actually paid or payable.
  2. Add assists, packing, and royalties the regulations require.
  3. Classify the goods under the HTS using GRI order.
  4. Apply the correct country of origin and AD/CVD flags.
  5. File the entry with the supporting invoice and packing list.
  6. Do not declare a first-sale or deduct a buying commission without the documents.
