Titrate CPAP from a download

Practice the sequence you already learned for “Titrate CPAP from a download” until the order feels automatic. Drill AASM PAP-management order from sleep-clinic training. Pressure is not raised from a single bad night until leak, usage, and residual AHI are reviewed.

1. Download usage, leak, and residual AHI.
2. Fix mask leak or fit before changing pressure.
3. Confirm the patient is using the device enough nights to judge.
4. Adjust pressure or mode per the protocol.
5. Schedule the follow-up download.
6. Do not max the pressure on the first visit to ‘make sure it works.’
