Ship a WCAG remediation before release

Reinforce WCAG 2.x order from accessibility-engineering training. The release is not signed off until automated and manual checks, then the remaining issues, are triaged against the target level.

1. Confirm the target conformance level (A/AA).
2. Run automated checks on the release candidate.
3. Complete the keyboard-only path.
4. Complete the zoom and reflow path.
5. Complete the screen-reader path.
6. Log defects with the success-criterion number.
7. Fix blockers and retest those paths.
8. Do not ship a known keyboard trap as a next-sprint fix.
