Set three-point lighting from a plotted key

Reinforce the set-lighting order from IATSE / production-craft training. Fill and backlight are not hung until the key exposure is locked.

1. Place the key at the plotted angle.
2. Set key height.
3. Set key intensity to the target stop.
4. Add fill to the specified ratio.
5. Add backlight for separation.
6. Keep backlight from flaring the lens.
7. Cut spill with flags or barn doors.
8. White-balance.
9. Record the lighting plot.
