Run the before-takeoff flow under sterile cockpit

Practice the FAA ACS / sterile-cockpit order from flight training. The runway is not entered until checklists are complete and both pilots are sterile below 10,000 feet.

1. Complete the before-takeoff checklist from the AFM or operator procedure.
2. Brief the departure.
3. Brief the abort and emergency return.
4. Obtain and read back the takeoff clearance.
5. Enter the runway only after that clearance.
6. Observe sterile cockpit: no non-operational talk below 10,000 feet MSL.
7. Call reject only to the briefed speeds at or below V1.
8. Call rotate only to the briefed Vr.
