1. Stop the task and move to a safe sink or eyewash.
2. Wash the exposed skin or flush mucous membranes as trained.
3. Notify the supervisor immediately.
4. Identify the source individual if known and permitted.
5. Seek the required medical evaluation without delay.
6. Complete the exposure-incident documentation.
7. Follow the post-exposure testing and counseling plan.
