Process a process-safety management-of-change

Reinforce OSHA 1910.119(l) MOC. The field change is not made until the hazard review, PSI/procedure updates, training, and approvals are complete.

1. Describe the technical basis and the impact on safety and health.
2. Complete the required hazard review for the change type.
3. Update P&IDs.
4. Update operating procedures.
5. Update training before implementation.
6. Obtain the authorized MOC approvals.
7. Implement the change only in the approved window.
8. Close the MOC after PSSR or the taught verification, not when the wrench work finishes.
