Execute a mock food-product recall

Reinforce FSMA recall-plan order from food-safety training. Notifications are not delayed to finish the root-cause meeting.

1. Identify the lot, item, and first-ship date from traceability records.
2. Stop further distribution of that lot.
3. Notify the recall team.
4. Notify FDA or USDA as applicable.
5. Notify direct accounts.
6. Trace one step forward and one step back within the taught hours.
7. Document effectiveness checks: product on hold or returned.
8. Do not wait for a perfect root cause before the first notification in a real event.
