Doff isolation PPE without self-contamination

Practice the CDC doffing order from infection-control training. Gloves come off first; hand hygiene happens after gloves, after the gown, and after face protection.

1. Remove gloves using the glove-in-glove method.
2. Perform hand hygiene.
3. Remove the gown by turning it inward and discard it.
4. Perform hand hygiene.
5. Leave the room.
6. Remove eye protection by the straps or ear pieces; do not touch the front.
7. Remove the mask or respirator by the straps only.
8. Perform hand hygiene again.
