Close a survey traverse and distribute misclosure

Practice the land-survey traverse order from LS / CST training. Coordinates are not published until angular and linear misclosure are within the spec and the adjustment is run.

1. Occupy each station in order.
2. Backsight the previous station.
3. Foresight the next station.
4. Close the traverse onto the starting point or a known control.
5. Compute angular misclosure and compare it to the allowed tolerance.
6. Compute linear misclosure.
7. Compute the relative precision.
8. If either fails, resurvey the weak legs before adjusting.
9. Distribute the error by the taught rule.
10. Publish coordinates only after the adjustment.
