  1. Clear guests and workers from the immediate area.
  2. Don the taught PPE.
  3. Block the splash zone.

  5. Do not use the vacuum on vomit.
  6. Disinfect with a norovirus-effective product at the required concentration and contact time.
  7. Discard uncovered food in the splash radius.
