Call a structural-fire mayday with LUNAR

Reinforce the IFSTA mayday order from firefighter survival training. The mayday and LUNAR go out before self-rescue. PASS and flashlight are separate actions.

1. Declare “Mayday, Mayday, Mayday” on the tactical channel.
2. Give LUNAR: location, unit, name, assignment, and resources needed.
3. Activate PASS.
4. Turn on the flashlight.
5. Conserve air.
6. Attempt the taught self-rescue once the message is out.
7. Stay on the mayday channel until RIC or command directs otherwise.
8. Do not delay the mayday to “try one more door” first.
