Apply OSHA silica Table 1 before cutting concrete

Reinforce OSHA 1926.1153 Table 1 from construction-silica training. Dry cutting without the listed control is not an option on a Table 1 task.

1. Identify the task on Table 1 and the required engineering control.
2. Fit the tool with the specified shroud, water feed, or HEPA vac.
3. Check water flow or vac integrity before the first cut.
4. Don the respirator Table 1 requires for that duration, if any.
5. Cut only with the control running.
6. Clean up with HEPA or wet methods.
7. Do not dry-sweep the dust.
8. Do not dry-cut without the listed Table 1 control.
