Abandon ship to survival craft

Practice the SOLAS abandon-ship order from STCW training. Craft are not lowered until the muster is complete and the master has given the word.

1. Don the lifejacket or immersion suit on the way to the assigned muster.
2. Bring the taught grab items only if they do not delay you.
3. Account for the crew at muster.
4. Await the master's abandon order.
5. Board the assigned lifeboat or raft as drilled.
6. Lower or launch on command.
7. Clear the ship.
8. Do not jump independently unless the craft cannot be launched.
